Mr. Mohiuddin Abdul Kadir (Mr. MAK), the President of MCLaw Services Ltd, is a veteran Admiralty and Dispute Resolution Practitioner, focusing on Marine Insurance Law, International Trade Law, International Dispute Resolution, and Shipping (wet and dry) with an astonishing 40-year career. Following a career at sea as a Master Mariner, he transitioned himself as an Advocate in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
